GREEK RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
As the retreat involves advance commitments and costs, cancellations are subject to the terms below.
1. Cancellation Before the Retreat
If you cancel your booking, any refund will be considered in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and the amount already paid.
The £220 deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking.
Any outstanding payment-plan instalments will be reviewed and dealt with in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.
2. Payment Plan
By choosing the 11-month/3 month or 6 month payment plan, you agree to make the required payments according to your agreed payment schedule.
The payment plan begins in September, following payment of the £220 deposit.
The total retreat cost of £2,200 must be paid in full by 21 September 2027.
Cancellation of your booking does not automatically cancel any payment obligations unless confirmed by us in writing.
3. Cancellation by the Organiser
If we are required to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments you have made towards your retreat, including the £220 deposit.
4. Postponement
If the retreat needs to be postponed rather than cancelled, we will communicate the new arrangements to all guests as soon as possible and provide details of the options available.
5. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing/email. Cancellation will be confirmed once we have received and acknowledged your request.
By booking the retreat and paying the £220 deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation policy.
